Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management.
- Proven experience in card payment products.
- Experience working in fintechs, acquirers, or sub-acquirers.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments market, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products.
- Experience with large databases and analytics.
- Knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Moderate SQL skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage operation and strategy of Acquiring and Sub-Acquiring products to ensure efficiency, performance, and growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial ecosystem partners including banks, regulators, and technology providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including technology, compliance, marketing, and business to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil and card network brands.
- Analyze data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and optimize the customer experience.
- Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of innovations.
- Monitor market trends and innovations related to payment products.
