Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Search and Performance Max campaign types.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads setup, targeting, and creative testing.
  • Strong understanding of SEM techniques and PPC best practices.
  • Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis across Google and Bing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets).
  • Currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns across PPC platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ad copy.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor brand monitoring.
  • Stay up to date with PPC strategies and platform updates.
