Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, post-sales, CX, CS, implementation, or training roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs for cross-functional teams with measurable outcomes.
- Experience enabling implementation or onboarding teams to shorten time-to-value.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills and experience using metrics to inform priorities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Experience building coaching frameworks and leading behavior-changing training.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
- Background in SaaS, PropTech, or fast-growth tech environments preferred.
- Familiarity with property management or B2B customer-facing operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a post-sales enablement strategy focused on customer time-to-value, activation, adoption, and retention.
- Build enablement programs to shorten time-to-launch and reduce failure-to-launch rates for implementation teams.
- Partner with CX leadership to build a coaching culture and equip teams to deliver consultative customer conversations.
- Maintain knowledge bases and training to improve issue resolution speed and resident satisfaction for customer support.
- Create and maintain a centralized library of enablement content including playbooks, FAQs, and process guides.
- Measure and analyze program impact to surface gaps and iterate on training strategies.
