Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, strategy, or analytics consulting.
  • Proven track record managing multiple enterprise or mid-market accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with expertise in project or program management.
  • Experience leading large-scale technology or analytics transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, BI, or AI analytics spaces is preferred.
  • Understanding of modern data stacks and enterprise analytics workflows.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts such as star schemas, snowflake schemas, and fact/dimension design.
  • Experience working with semantic layers and business-friendly data models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding by conducting use case workshops, creating roadmaps, and managing implementation data coordination.
  • Guide platform adoption through enablement sessions, executive briefings, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business executives, analytics teams, and end-users.
  • Manage customer renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell.
  • Address retention risks through tailored solutions aligned with customer business goals.
  • Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback and feature requests with product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor usage analytics and success metrics to demonstrate ongoing business value.
  • Document customer activities and success stories to share insights across the organization.
