Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in B2B social media, content, or brand, ideally in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Portfolio demonstrating campaigns or programs that moved engagement, reach, or brand awareness.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to multiple voices.
  • Aesthetic and visual taste with the ability to produce or direct high-quality content.
  • LinkedIn organic fluency and working knowledge of paid social.
  • Self-starter mentality with experience owning a function and setting strategy.
  • Proficiency in Sprout Social / Ayrshare, HubSpot, Wrike, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, and core B2B social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, and emerging channels, setting the calendar and cadence.
  • Run an employee advocacy program for executives and customer-facing employees, providing coaching and ghostwriting.
  • Build and manage relationships with external industry influencers, analysts, customer advocates, and partners.
  • Write on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership content.
  • Produce and direct visual content, hands-on or by managing freelance resources.
  • Ship executive and customer video series on a consistent, reliable schedule.
  • Build a repeatable event content playbook for pre-, live, and post-event coverage.
  • Monitor market trends in identity security and AI to ensure content resonates with CISOs and security leaders.
  • Measure KPIs including reach, engagement, branded search lift, and pipeline contribution.
