Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on organic social management experience.
  • Direct experience running brand accounts on Instagram and at least one of TikTok, Facebook, or Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in short-form video production (Reels) using mobile and basic tools.
  • Design competence in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong brand voice instinct and ability to internalize brand guidelines.
  • Proven experience in community management, comment moderation, and DM engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT in professional workflows.
  • Experience interpreting social analytics to drive content decisions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills for calls and content planning.
  • Track record of success in a remote-first work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy and monthly calendars aligned with brand positioning and content pillars.
  • Produce content across Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories using brand assets and original capture.
  • Manage community engagement through comment responses, DM management, and brand monitoring.
  • Execute cultural moment activations, including seasonal beats and trending topics.
  • Drive audience development and growth strategies focused on intentional engagement.
  • Manage editorial calendars and content staging processes.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports featuring data-backed insights.
