- Proven experience in a high-growth company environment

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience driving alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience using data and insights to inform decisions
- Experience translating business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Design leadership teams as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Support continued scaling of the Product and Design organizations by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models
- Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Partner with Product and Design leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies
- Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning & Development to drive high-impact people initiatives
- Leverage data, organizational insights, and employee feedback to inform decisions and drive improvements in team health and performance
