Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Product Operations, Pricing, or other analytical fields.
- Industry experience in technology or software sectors.
- Hands-on experience with subscription and usage-based forecasting models.
- Advanced financial analysis and complex modeling skills.
- Ability to distill complex, multivariate forecasting models into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Python or R.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience operating in a mixed ownership model and building cross-functional alignment.
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own complex modeling for new initiatives to ensure successful execution of product launches and long-term financial goals.
- Identify and analyze key financial drivers to influence strategic business decisions, including investments and operational strategy.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with senior executives to present financial strategies and outcomes.
- Partner with Product Operations, Business Insights, and FP&A to translate customer usage data into financial impact.
- Contribute to team vision and establish goals, priorities, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
