Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance analytics.
Proven success building scalable analytical capabilities in high-growth SaaS environments.
Advanced SQL proficiency.
Experience with data warehouses, e.g., Snowflake.
Proven track record architecting product-level financial models and forecasting methodologies.
Fluency with SaaS financial metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, LTV, CAC.
Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Experience conducting open-ended analytical investigations to determine root causes.
Ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear narratives and recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across multiple functions as a strategic thought partner.

Architect and evolve the product finance analytics function, including owning product forecasting and metrics.
Serve as a strategic finance advisor to the CPO, CTO, and leadership team, translating product strategy into financial forecasts.
Lead analytical investigations into product growth, monetization, retention, and churn drivers.
Own the product financial performance management framework, operating reviews, and variance analysis.
Build and maintain dashboards to provide product performance and revenue visibility.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to transform large datasets into analysis-ready outputs.
Build scalable analytics processes and models to improve decision velocity.
Uphold data governance and quality standards to ensure a single source of truth.
