Requirements
- 15 or more years in operations, supply chain, or general management.
- At least 8 years in a senior executive seat such as COO, VP/SVP of Operations, or GM.
- Proven track record of building operating systems from the ground up, including KPIs, cadence, and planning.
- Logistics or distribution experience with heavy industrial or renewable energy products such as transformers, batteries, trackers, or modules.
- Hands-on leadership experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, and CRM system implementations.
- Experience running multi-site or contracted 3PL networks at scale.
- Ability to partner effectively with CEOs, Boards, and senior executive peers.
- Comfort working in a hands-on capacity within founder-led or growth-stage business environments.
- Nice to have: experience in solar/storage distribution, NetSuite, and familiarity with EOS or Traction operating models.
Responsibilities
- Direct the full operations function, including warehousing, freight, inventory, and fulfillment across a national 3PL and warehouse network.
- Define and implement company KPIs, operating rhythm, and review cadences to ensure accountability and growth.
- Evaluate and restructure teams to ensure the right personnel are in place to support scaling.
- Oversee the operational stack, including strategy and rollout for WMS, TMS, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Manage the sales and business development infrastructure, including pipeline, forecasting, and pricing discipline.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations for hazmat and oversized-load permitting.
- Coach operations leaders and provide strategic partnership to the CEO and Board.
