Requirements
- 3–4 years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a remote work environment
- Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Comfortable working independently in a work-from-home setup
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text message in a timely and professional manner from a home-based setup
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and account concerns
- Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to help improve processes and service quality
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
