Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative assisting international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Experience or ability to learn Dubsado CRM quickly.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, MS Office, and Google Calendar.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Must be able to work a graveyard shift.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Main computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM.
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection.
- Backup Internet: at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Manage client workflows and tasks using Dubsado CRM.
- Handle email communication and customer service inquiries.
- Manage invoicing and bookings for bridal clients.
- Utilize Asana for project and task management.
- Maintain communication with the team via Slack.
