Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, business transformation, or strategic operations.
- Background in or around the software or technology industry.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong business strategy and data-driven insights acumen.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and levers for product adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Actively AI-first mindset with experience identifying and using AI tools to accelerate work.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong facilitation and influence skills for driving alignment without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify, frame, and solve high-priority business problems across the organization.
- Lead strategic priorities end to end, shaping approaches and making trade-off decisions.
- Design solutions for complex cross-functional challenges to move initiatives forward.
- Apply data-driven insights and market context to pressure-test assumptions and ground recommendations.
