Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Deep expertise in Corporate Services procurement.
- Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Strong background in supplier negotiations.
- Experience interfacing with clients/stakeholders in professional services or managed services environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience driving change management and building cross-functional consensus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimal travel required (<15%).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across Corporate Services (HR, Benefits, Finance, Professional Services, Travel).
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to identify priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
- Assume full ownership of the end-to-end RFP process: data gathering, development, execution, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Apply TCO modeling to evaluate supplier proposals.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies, value engineering, and demand optimization.
- Lead research and analytics to validate savings projections.
- Build and manage best-in-class supplier ecosystems by category and region.
- Review major contracts and act as a subject matter expert for complex negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
