Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-10 years of cross-functional experience in managing procurement, vendors, and contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in IT and Indirect Procurement or supply chain management.
- Expertise in IT hardware, software, telecom, and related services.
- Prior experience interfacing with clients or stakeholders within a services industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability and flexibility to travel up to 5% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Analyze client spending and procurement processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage and deliver large-scale, multi-client RF(x) projects using sourcing software.
- Negotiate pricing and service levels with suppliers to drive cost savings.
- Counsel internal and client stakeholders on value engineering and specification improvements.
- Maintain supplier management processes, including vetting, onboarding, monitoring, and auditing.
- Advise client teams on vendor performance and strategic alliances.
