- Proficiency with mobile apps and various operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle diverse user questions and troubleshooting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support users with basic technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Answer questions regarding site features and functionality.
- Guide users through the process of online dating and site rules.
- Maintain clear communication while assisting users.
- Manage inquiries across desktop browsers, mobile apps, and operating systems.
