- Demonstrated success in coaching recruiters and raising execution quality.
- Strategic thinker with strong prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving skills.
- Operationally excellent with experience managing recruiting tools, dashboards, and workflows.
- Clear and concise communication skills for collaborating with executives and distributed teams.
- Ability to work with a 4+ hour overlap with PST.
- Applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows, solve problems, and improve output quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of technical recruiters to improve sourcing strategy, candidate experience, and closing excellence.
- Oversee the delivery of high-priority engineering and technical roles and assist with complex searches.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate, forecast, and adjust hiring plans.
- Optimize recruitment tools, processes, and systems to improve speed, precision, and data quality.
- Build a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement within the team.
