  • Partner directly with engineering and product leadership to align on hiring needs and provide data-driven assessments.
  • Standardize technical interviewer training to improve calibration outcomes.
  • Own recruiting strategy across engineering, product, and security functions.
  • Manage a high-volume, high-complexity pipeline while keeping the team focused and unblocked.
