- Strong closing and sales skills to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, focusing on quality, screening standards, and individual growth.
- Partner directly with engineering and product leadership to align on hiring needs and provide data-driven assessments.
- Standardize technical interviewer training to improve calibration outcomes.
- Own recruiting strategy across engineering, product, and security functions.
- Manage a high-volume, high-complexity pipeline while keeping the team focused and unblocked.
