Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Engineering and/or Data roles.
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, including coaching, performance management, and workload planning.
  • Proven success partnering with senior technical leaders and influencing hiring strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Strong expertise in structured interviewing methodologies and end-to-end recruiting process design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and close senior technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in recruiting workflows, with a clear perspective on where AI adds measurable value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Data roles, from intake through offer acceptance, across a wide range of seniority levels.
  • Act as a player-coach by directly managing and developing a Senior Recruiter while maintaining an active requisition load.
  • Build and execute long-term hiring strategies and pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data leadership to define hiring priorities, ensure alignment, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Use recruiting funnel metrics and hiring data to diagnose challenges, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
  • Lead offer strategy and negotiations, advising stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and closing strategies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled recruiting practices, identifying opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, and evaluation workflows.
