Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, training, or curriculum development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and iterating multi-persona technical enablement programs.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage overlapping initiatives.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with LMS, content repositories, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking success metrics.
  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Hands-on technical depth to engage with SMEs and review content.
  • Experience managing certification or accreditation programs is a plus.
  • Field experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or consulting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own enablement programs including onboarding, hands-on workshops, and certification tracks.
  • Lead onboarding for new field engineering hires to ensure quick ramp-up for customer-facing scenarios.
  • Maintain a continuous learning roadmap to keep technical audiences updated on product changes and best practices.
  • Serve as a partner to field engineering, product, and Graph Academy teams to address enablement gaps.
  • Define and track KPIs such as time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, and program adoption.
  • Facilitate training sessions and help stress-test curriculum to ensure real-world relevance.
