Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting fintech initiatives involving banking, payments, trading platforms, digital assets, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving APIs, distributed systems, cloud-based infrastructure, and software integrations.
- Working knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory frameworks, including KYC, AML, customer risk management, and related controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs and projects across engineering and product organizations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Define, manage, and monitor project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners to drive successful execution.
- Facilitate technical and business discussions, document key decisions, and ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, and communication strategies to support transparency and accountability.
- Track program performance through KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support software development and release cycles, including deployment planning, change management, production readiness, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners to ensure seamless integrations and project delivery.
