Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in product development.
- 8+ years leading end-to-end program management for large-scale retail technology transformation (POS modernization, store systems, enterprise platforms).
- 5 years of leadership experience managing other managers.
- 5 years of consulting experience in a professional services firm.
- Expertise in full-cycle product development and Agile software methodologies.
- Demonstrated success defining and maintaining program roadmaps and release cadences.
- Experience designing deployment strategies like A/B rollout and phased releases.
- Proven ability to establish KPIs, metrics, and ROI models for executive/board-level reporting.
- Experience in identifying and implementing AI-driven operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Executive-level written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Navigate complex client interactions and co-build agile team structures.
- Lead global, cross-functional programs and multiple work streams.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and growth opportunities for other managers.
