Requirements
- 7+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong track record of building alignment across diverse technical teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex architectural concepts into actionable milestones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems.
- Systems design or technical architecture experience to contribute to high-level discussions.
- Background in machine learning, computer vision, or robotics is preferred.
- Experience managing data science, robotics, or autonomy programs is preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based full-stack engineering development is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the outcome and domain owner for a portfolio of technical programs.
- Bootstrap ambitious, ambiguous, large-scale strategic initiatives into clear execution paths.
- Weave complex, cross-organizational interdependencies into a singular program strategy.
- Evangelize strategy across core platform engineering and robotics teams.
- Manage milestones, sequences, and critical paths for executive reporting.
- Identify and resolve engineering bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build connective tissue and goal alignment across cross-functional groups.
- Shape and contribute to strategic roadmaps for robotics platform development.
- Develop best practices and processes in a dynamic environment.
