Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or project management in a software development environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience incorporating AI to optimize operations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Kanban).
- Familiarity with modern software architectures like microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with Data Governance and Data Privacy initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications.
- Partner with engineering leads, product managers, and designers to define program scope and deliverables.
- Drive Data Governance and Data Privacy programs, including data retention and data subject request policies.
- Establish communication channels to provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless integration.
- Assess and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Improve program management processes by leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency.
- Mentor junior program managers and contribute to best practices.
