Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, production, or platform operations.
- Experience in games, tech, or interactive entertainment.
- Strong grasp of the game development lifecycle and platform/services technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success driving large-scale, cross-functional programs with autonomy.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and manage stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and complexity.
- Familiarity with PlayStation platform tools, SDKs, and APIs preferred.
- Experience working in or with AAA game development studios preferred.
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations preferred.
- Proficiency with program management tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead key planning, execution, and communication efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop tailored communications and presentations for diverse stakeholder levels.
- Identify and address gaps in planning and execution to proactively drive resolution.
- Track cross-studio progress for high-visibility initiatives.
- Manage hardware assets allocated to studios.
- Execute program disclosure operations.
