Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Specific experience focusing on Machine Learning Infrastructure, including model inference, serving, efficiency, and endpoints design.
- In-depth technical knowledge of ML infrastructure design and engineering best practices.
- Proven experience working in a chaotic, fast-paced, low-structure environment.
- Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Strong communication skills for reporting progress, plans, and incidents across teams.
- Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and program management.
- Technical background in a hands-on capacity is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with ML teams to understand model building and infrastructure needs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the program portfolio covering inference, efficiency, serving, and endpoints to ensure infrastructure scales.
- Lead end-to-end coordination and execution with a focus on cross-functional collaboration with modeling and customer-facing teams.
- Identify pain points and establish processes to support development while meeting internal and external user needs.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement by liaising with incident management and driving root cause analysis.
- Manage overlapping projects and programs, ruthlessly prioritizing to meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track and manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and scope.
- Deliver clear, timely, and consistent updates to engineering, leadership, and non-technical teams.
