Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or a closely related role at a software/technology company.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to read system design docs and follow architectural discussions.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional software programs on time.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong judgment on prioritization and risk management.
- Proficiency with modern delivery tooling such as GitHub, Linear/Jira, and Notion.
- Experience in AI/ML, data platforms, or B2B SaaS products (nice to have).
- Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or enterprise software domains (nice to have).
- Experience standing up program-management practices at an early- or growth-stage company (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program execution for major cross-functional initiatives from kickoff through launch.
- Build and maintain program plans mapping dependencies across engineering, product, design, and data teams.
- Drive the operating cadence including planning cycles, standups, and reviews.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers to keep teams moving.
- Translate complex engineering realities into clear updates for leadership and project context for teams.
- Establish lightweight, scalable processes for planning and prioritization.
- Maintain a single source of truth for program status, dependencies, and decisions.
