- 12+ years of experience leading massive-scale technical programs in a high-growth, distributed systems and software engineering domain.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions at the VP/SVP level.
- Expert-level mastery in defining execution strategies for programs with hundreds of engineers.
- Exceptional ability to frame highly technical challenges into strategic business narratives for senior executives.
- Deep technical depth in cloud-scale infrastructure, API-first design, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience influencing Staff, Principal, and Distinguished Engineers.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling operational readiness frameworks.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and creating order in flux environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for high-impact, cross-organizational technical programs.
- Architect the end-to-end execution framework, including governance, integration patterns, and success metrics.
- Own the master execution roadmap for complex, interdependent product suites and resolve structural misalignments.
- Partner with lead engineers and architects to evaluate technical approaches and operational risks.
- Establish organizational operating systems and standards for high-stakes programs to ensure clear ownership.
- Identify and integrate hidden technical requirements like security and compliance shifts into core designs.
- Design and institutionalize durable program frameworks to elevate execution maturity across R&D.
- Mentor Principal TPMs and Engineering Leads on risk management and executive decision-making.
