Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE.
- Hands-on experience shipping performance programs for SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience with load, stress, performance, or scalability testing.
- Deep familiarity with web performance metrics like FCP and LCP.
- Experience with rendering/FPS optimization and WASM memory profiling.
- Experience with mobile profiling tools such as Xcode Instruments and Android Profiler.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration for performance tests.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), autoscaling, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own performance prevention, diagnostics, and safe rollout for flagship products and AI features.
- Manage performance programs across desktop, browser, and mobile (React Native/WebView) platforms.
- Coordinate cross-org initiatives including observability, telemetry, and regression prevention (performance CI).
- Lead performance forum meetings and SEV (service event) mitigation strategies.
- Drive capacity planning and enterprise readiness (CE Planning) initiatives.
- Collaborate across Product, Platform, and Customer Support teams.
