Requirements

  • 6+ years of specialized experience in growth marketing, demand generation, GTM engineering, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven history of building infrastructure that generates pipeline.
  • Mastery of Salesforce (CRM), HubSpot or Marketo (MAP), 6sense or Demandbase (Intent), Gong Engage or Outreach (Sales Engagement), and Clay or ZoomInfo (Enrichment).
  • Hands-on competency leveraging LLMs, custom agents, and visual automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and AirOps.
  • Strong capability to analyze data, interpret user behavior patterns, and evaluate play-level ROI.
  • Strategic communication skills for translating technical automation into actionable playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and refine the signal-to-play data architecture and define data taxonomies.
  • Utilize APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to bridge CRM data, marketing automation systems, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Launch and scale automated growth plays using platforms like Clay, n8n, and Zapier.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR leadership, and Revenue Operations to align on account prioritization and messaging.
  • Define and manage business segmentation and account prioritization models.
  • Establish technical metrics and attribution dashboards to track pipeline ROI.
  • Collaborate on AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategies for citation growth.
