Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Expertise in funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Closed Won) and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Proficiency in managing paid media platforms and campaign performance.
- Experience with Semrush and WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Exposure to and interest in using AI agents for efficiency.
- Ability to scale multi-channel demand programs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid media, organic (SEO/content), and partner channels.
- Drive qualified pipeline from MQL to SQL and revenue.
- Translate messaging into high-performing, multi-channel campaigns.
- Optimize website conversion rates, user journeys, and high-intent traffic.
- Build reporting dashboards and own measurement of pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Optimize lead quality and velocity through email, lifecycle marketing, and nurture programs.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure consistent execution and targeting.
