Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Experience in the Healthcare IT industry (required).
- Proven success in demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue marketing.
- Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership.
- Builder mindset with the ability to create from incomplete or fragmented environments.
- Highly data-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Strong collaborator with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
- Experience with ABM strategies and segmentation (preferred).
- Experience building or rebuilding marketing infrastructure from scratch (preferred).
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and attribution modeling (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable demand generation strategies across channels to drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
- Design and execute ABM strategies aligned to high-value target accounts in partnership with sales.
- Own and optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) systems, including lead scoring and routing.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid media, and website performance optimization.
- Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models to measure ROI and pipeline impact.
- Manage event marketing strategy and collaborate with the Field Marketing & Events Manager.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, targets, and sales enablement tools.
- Build the demand generation and growth marketing function from the ground up.
