Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience in the Healthcare IT industry (required).
  • Proven success in demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue marketing.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM ownership (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to create from incomplete or fragmented environments.
  • Highly data-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Effective in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and segmentation (preferred).
  • Experience building or rebuilding marketing infrastructure from scratch (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and attribution modeling (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute scalable demand generation strategies across channels to drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • Design and execute ABM strategies aligned to high-value target accounts in partnership with sales.
  • Own and optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) systems, including lead scoring and routing.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid media, and website performance optimization.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models to measure ROI and pipeline impact.
  • Manage event marketing strategy and collaborate with the Field Marketing & Events Manager.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, targets, and sales enablement tools.
  • Build the demand generation and growth marketing function from the ground up.
