Requirements

- Must have experience within healthcare IT.
- Proven success in brand strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market leadership.
- Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership and sales teams.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in a marketing or strategy environment.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of brand strategy and market positioning.
- Define messaging architecture, value propositions, and consistent voice across all channels.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Own product marketing strategy and execute go-to-market plans for services and solutions.
- Create sales enablement materials, messaging frameworks, and competitive insights.
- Build thought leadership programs and oversee corporate communications and PR.
- Partner with sales to improve win rates and support cross-sell initiatives.
- Build and scale the corporate marketing function from the ground up.
- Manage external agencies and partners, and establish KPIs to measure success.
