Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated history of owning or significantly contributing to pipeline generation.
  • Full-funnel expertise from acquisition to conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM, lifecycle/nurture programs, and paid/organic channel strategy.
  • Experience with CRO and website performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with website and CMS tools (e.g., Webflow).
  • Knowledge of data enrichment and outbound tools (e.g., Gong, Clay).
  • Ability to manage paid acquisition platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
  • Experience with measurement/BI tools (e.g., Looker) and funnel analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across key regions.
  • Partner with sales on account targeting and pipeline development.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ABM, events, content, and product releases.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance, including landing pages, demo conversions, and nurture programs.
  • Manage and optimize acquisition channels including social media, paid ads, and email.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with a focus on pipeline impact and scalability.
  • Use data and AI tools to continuously test, measure, and improve execution.
