Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Significant experience in both demand generation and marketing operations.
- Prior ownership of a marketing operations function at scale.
- Proven track record operating at or near Director or VP level.
- Proven pipeline accountability experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize demand engines from strategy through measurement.
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot.
- Experience managing paid media programs, whether in-house or via agency.
- Proven capability to function in a player-coach role, managing direct reports while executing hands-on work.
- Strong collaborative abilities and experience working with marketing and RevOps stakeholders.
- Experience with Chili Piper, intent tools, and attribution modeling is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and outbound motion alignment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated campaign programs across new business and expansion segments.
- Manage paid media performance across search, social, and retargeting channels.
- Design and maintain segmented lead nurture tracks to convert leads throughout the funnel.
- Lead demand-focused events, tradeshows, and third-party sponsorships with full pipeline tracking.
- Manage the end-to-end HubSpot instance, including attribution, data hygiene, and dashboard buildout.
- Oversee technical SEO, web presence, and AI search visibility strategies.
- Define and calibrate the lead scoring model to reflect actual pipeline quality.
- Own closed-loop attribution reporting to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
- Manage intent lead routing and marketing workflow systems.
- Evaluate and manage the marketing technology stack, including vendor relationships and new tool assessments.
