Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or PLG companies.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with lifecycle automation, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and attribution.
  • Strong analytical judgment for defining metrics and building executive-level reporting.
  • Proven experience as a hands-on systems operator for workflows and CRM configuration.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent documentation and writing habits.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity growth environment.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing operations strategy and roadmap across HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and analytics systems.
  • Manage campaign operations for launches, events, and lifecycle programs.
  • Oversee funnel reporting including PQL, MQL, sales handoff, and revenue influence.
  • Maintain lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and data quality processes.
  • Lead weekly and monthly marketing operating reviews for leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data teams.
  • Establish QA processes for campaign tracking, forms, UTMs, and CRM fields.
  • Develop documentation for definitions, workflows, and attribution logic.
