Requirements
- Deep experience building large, multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in martech implementation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce/Pardot.
- Experience building website analytics reports and sales/marketing dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Sheets, Tableau).
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels and the intersection of content, email, paid media, and sales.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
- Experience in financial services marketing preferred.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside client CRMs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
- Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
- Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports.
- Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and sourcing new leads.
- Research products, services, and strategies to improve the internal tech stack and approach.
