Requirements

  • Deep experience building large, multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in martech implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Experience building website analytics reports and sales/marketing dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Sheets, Tableau).
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels and the intersection of content, email, paid media, and sales.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
  • Experience in financial services marketing preferred.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside client CRMs.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data.
  • Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls.
  • Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports.
  • Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and sourcing new leads.
  • Research products, services, and strategies to improve the internal tech stack and approach.
