Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or engagement marketing.
  • Deep experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Engaging Networks, Klaviyo, n8n, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience analyzing funnel metrics.
  • Proficiency with SQL or data dashboards.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and message testing.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the United States for conferences, events, and staff retreats.
  • Strong preference for experience with CDPs, journey orchestration, and Meta ad flows.
  • Strong preference for bilingual skills (especially Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supporter lifecycle strategy across digital touchpoints, including onboarding, engagement, advocacy, and retention.
  • Design and build cross-channel journeys in platforms like Engaging Networks, ManyChat, Klaviyo, and n8n.
  • Utilize BigQuery user data to build actionable segments, cohorts, and triggers.
  • Partner with campaign and creative teams to deliver message-matched content based on supporter actions and demographics.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to optimize messaging, frequency, and channel mix.
  • Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs including conversion, opt-out, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the data team to define and refine supporter lifecycle stages.
