Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
- Deep Braze expertise, including building Canvas flows, writing complex Liquid logic, and architecting campaign taxonomies.
- Proven ability to manage both marketing broadcast and transactional/operational messaging programs.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability (IP warming, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation).
- Experience integrating a CDP (Segment preferred) with Braze.
- Proficiency in Looker, Google Analytics, or comparable analytics tools.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for copy and campaign evaluation.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or subscription commerce is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Braze instance end-to-end, including Canvas architecture, campaign taxonomy, event tracking schema, and data hygiene.
- Design and build sophisticated Canvas flows using branching logic, Liquid personalization, and dynamic content.
- Manage Segment CDP integration, ensuring clean data flow and real-time event piping.
- Oversee email and SMS deliverability, including IP warming, authentication protocols, and inbox placement optimization.
- Execute the email and SMS marketing calendar, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and nurture sequences.
- Own all client-facing operational messaging, including onboarding, prescription notifications, and billing alerts.
- Partner with analytics to define and track lifecycle KPIs and maintain reporting dashboards in Braze and Looker.
