- Lead and evolve the visual identity and design systems across Paleovalley and Wild Pastures.
- Ensure consistent visual experience across all customer touchpoints, including paid media, email/SMS, website, and retail.
- Translate brand strategy into scalable creative direction and high-impact concepts.
- Partner with Growth, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to optimize performance-driven creative.
- Oversee packaging design and retail creative to ensure strong shelf presence.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the creative team, establishing clear processes and production standards.
