- Demonstrated program and project management skills with a track record of managing multiple campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies for tech-based solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Tech+Talent 2026 marketing strategy.
- Utilize market research to identify trends, customer needs, and insights that shape marketing tactics.
- Develop clear, compelling solution positioning and messaging focusing on AI capabilities.
- Create sales enablement materials including solution briefs, presentations, and case studies.
- Drive execution of marketing plans for new solution launches across digital channels.
- Coordinate with communications teams to deploy campaigns and drive demand generation.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, strategy, and commercial teams to capture insights and refine selling approaches.
