Requirements

- Experience within healthcare, medical devices, consulting, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems such as supply chain, perioperative workflows, or revenue cycle.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience building ROI models and value propositions.
- Strong storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own solution positioning and messaging strategy, ensuring a consistent and differentiated narrative across all stages of the buyer journey.
- Develop structured messaging frameworks, solution playbooks, and value narratives.
- Build and refine buyer personas across hospital stakeholders.
- Define and communicate the value proposition and ROI story, building business cases and economic models.
- Lead commercialization and go-to-market storytelling for solutions.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as playbooks, battlecards, and discovery guides.
- Translate customer outcomes into compelling proof points and case studies.
- Lead voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence efforts.
