  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems such as supply chain, perioperative workflows, or revenue cycle.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience building ROI models and value propositions.
  • Strong storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution positioning and messaging strategy, ensuring a consistent and differentiated narrative across all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Develop structured messaging frameworks, solution playbooks, and value narratives.
  • Build and refine buyer personas across hospital stakeholders.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition and ROI story, building business cases and economic models.
  • Lead commercialization and go-to-market storytelling for solutions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as playbooks, battlecards, and discovery guides.
  • Translate customer outcomes into compelling proof points and case studies.
  • Lead voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence efforts.
