Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Deep technical expertise in Braze, including Canvas flow design and Liquid logic.
  • Experience managing email and SMS deliverability at scale, including IP warming and authentication protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating CDPs (Segment preferred) with marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Looker or Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills for email and SMS optimization.
  • Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for messaging copy and creative acceleration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Braze instance end-to-end including Canvas architecture, taxonomy, event tracking, and data hygiene.
  • Plan and execute the full email and SMS marketing calendar for promotional, product, and educational content.
  • Manage all client-facing operational messaging including onboarding, refill reminders, lab results, and billing notifications.
  • Develop segmentation frameworks using Liquid logic and dynamic content to personalize messaging.
  • Define, track, and report on lifecycle KPIs using Looker and Braze to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Clinical teams to align messaging with product and operational goals.
