Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign execution, marketing operations, or a closely related role.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze preferred).
- Familiarity with audience segmentation tools and data pipelines such as Hightouch or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools like Lightdash and Salesforce.
- Experience working alongside a dedicated analytics or data team to scope requests and collaborate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset for campaign QA.
- Ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign execution across all channels including email, direct mail, SMS, social, paid ads, webinars and in-app campaigns.
- Manage and evolve QA processes to ensure flawless execution including rendering, link checks, targeting validation, tracking, and compliance.
- Manage audience segmentation logic and list builds in coordination with Martech pipelines.
- Create and maintain a centralized UTM tracking log and coordinate landing page QA.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Analytics team to scope reporting requirements and maintain the marketing performance scorecard.
- Monitor in-flight campaigns to flag delivery issues and identify data discrepancies across platforms.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing vendors and maintain SOPs for billing and audit purposes.
