Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, assembly, or generation solutions.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or system-based solutions.
- Proven experience working with structured data sources and business systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and proactively as a self-starter.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project plan, milestones, and status reporting for the new website build.
- Oversee URL mapping, redirect strategy, and lead capture continuity for marketing attribution.
- Maintain the marketing team's operational system, roadmap, and sprint planning in Asana.
- Manage the data fabric and tracking infrastructure to ensure connectivity between marketing channels and HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Conduct audits and remediate UTM tagging inconsistencies across all marketing channels.
- Manage the operational mechanics of the marketing budget and monthly close process.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including new market launch playbooks.
- Facilitate the bridge between Marketing and Sales/Intake teams to ensure aligned lead handoffs.
