Requirements

  • Significant experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency environments focused on B2B or technology clients.
  • Proven track record of leading senior client relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategy, including demand generation, content strategy, paid media, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Experience designing and overseeing full-funnel marketing programs tied to business KPIs.
  • Strong ability to translate complex marketing data into clear, strategic insights and executive-level storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or GA4.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop marketing and account teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with account growth, retention, budgeting, or resourcing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to marketing, communications, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate client business goals into integrated marketing strategies spanning demand generation, content, paid media, SEO, analytics, and automation.
  • Oversee full-funnel marketing programs, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in developing campaign plans, briefs, reporting frameworks, and performance insights.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, improved performance, and expanded marketing programs.
  • Provide hands-on strategic support across marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and/or Marketo.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics clearly connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Mentor internal teams, strengthen account leadership capabilities, and elevate client service standards.
