Requirements
- 7–10+ years of professional experience.
- At least 3+ years in management consulting or equivalent strategy roles (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte S&O, Accenture Strategy).
- Track record of building GTM frameworks such as ICP design, territory planning, quota setting, or ROI modeling.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience producing executive- and board-level presentations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Deep data fluency with the ability to define analytical questions.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and structure complex problems.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (preferred).
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or infrastructure/cloud environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Anaplan, or Pigment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including market sizing, segmentation, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Design and maintain territory models and capacity planning frameworks to optimize coverage, fairness, and revenue potential.
- Drive quota setting and compensation planning in collaboration with Finance and Sales Leadership.
- Develop and maintain account segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks to guide sales focus and prioritization.
- Build financial and strategic models (CAC, ROI, scenario analysis) to evaluate GTM investments across channels and headcount.
- Deliver executive and board-level insights, translating data into clear recommendations and strategic direction.
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to extract insights from CRM and enterprise data systems.
- Translate high-level business strategy into operational models that enable execution by Sales Operations and field teams.
- Lead and develop a small team while building scalable frameworks, tools, and planning processes.
