Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience across People Operations or HR Ops.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools, agent builders, and agentic workflows.
- Strong technical instincts with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering.
- Working knowledge of US benefits administration, including open enrollment and compliance.
- Understanding of HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong data fluency, including building dashboards and interpreting funnel metrics.
- Systems thinking ability to integrate operations across People, TA, and Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end People Ops and TA operational stack, embedding AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Design and deploy AI agents to own routine operational work including onboarding, compliance, and interview scheduling.
- Manage multi-country HR compliance across six operating regions using AI-powered agentic checks.
- Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for People and TA functions to surface real-time dashboards and insights.
- Integrate and manage the HRIS and ATS as an AI-augmented, API-first system.
- Own US benefits administration, leveraging AI to streamline enrollment and track utilization.
- Coach the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and operational automation.
