Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience.
- At least 2 years leading enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants, prompt engineering).
- Proven experience presenting to executive leadership or boards.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business strategy.
- Experience building measurement frameworks and defining KPIs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prosci ADKAR certification is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the enterprise AI adoption program across all business functions.
- Build formal program structures including charters, roadmaps, and executive dashboards.
- Identify, prioritize, and sequence AI use cases using value and feasibility frameworks.
- Lead company-wide change management to shift workflows toward AI-assisted models.
- Develop training curricula and adoption playbooks tailored to different teams.
- Report program outcomes, ROI, and risk assessments directly to the C-suite and Board.
- Define and instrument metrics like productivity uplift and user adoption rates.
- Manage vendor and tool relationships in partnership with IT and Procurement.
