- Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end People Ops and TA operational stack, embedding AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Design and deploy AI agents to own routine operational work including onboarding, compliance, and interview scheduling.
- Manage multi-country HR compliance across six operating regions using AI-powered agentic checks.
- Build AI-powered reporting and analytics for People and TA functions to surface real-time dashboards and insights.
- Integrate and manage the HRIS and ATS as an AI-augmented, API-first system.
- Own US benefits administration, leveraging AI to streamline enrollment and track utilization.
- Coach the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and operational automation.
